Meet Your Osteo

A woman stands next to a massage table in a room. She is wearing a black T-shirt, loose gray pants, and sneakers. She has long, brown hair and is smiling at the camera. The room has a bed with pillows, a curtain, and a small side table.

Meet Ranee

Ranee completed a Bachelor and Masters of Osteopathy at Victoria University after first moving to Melbourne in 2009 to study Nursing. With over 16 years of experience in healthcare, she combines a strong clinical background with a genuine passion for helping people move better, recover from injury, and return to doing what they love.

Alongside private practice, Ranee has experience working with VAFA senior football, helping athletes manage acute injuries, rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance throughout the season. She has also been involved in the preparation and readiness of a Team Australia athlete, as well as working with many recreational runners to support their training, recovery, and return to running. Her own experience with injury first introduced her to osteopathy, inspiring a career dedicated to helping others regain confidence in their bodies.

Ranee has a particular interest in working with runners and enjoys helping people understand and manage the demands of running, from niggles and injuries through to performance and injury prevention. Pelvic health is another area of special interest, with a focus on providing individualised, practical care that supports people to move and function with confidence.

Ranee's approach combines hands-on osteopathic care with practical education and exercise rehabilitation to achieve lasting results. Depending on your needs, treatment may include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation and manipulation, dry needling, cupping, taping, and tailored rehabilitation exercises. Every consultation is personalised, with the goal of helping you understand your body, recover effectively, and move with confidence long after you leave the clinic.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find Ranee training for her next running event, improving her boxing skills, reading, or on the hunt for Melbourne's best almond croissant (Agathé in South Melbourne still takes the top spot).

And yes… there will almost certainly be good music playing in the background.
